Maynard Newman is the principal of the Law Offices of Maynard F. Newman, PLLC. Maynard grew up in the Flint area attending both elementary school and high school in Flint. Maynard later went on to obtain a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with high distinction from the University of Michigan and a Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from Fordham University School of Law where he was a senior editor for the Fordham Urban Law Journal.

Following law school, Maynard returned to the Flint area and has now been practicing in Genesee County for over 10 years. Maynard has handled a wide variety of legal matters for clients in virtually every local and federal court from Bay City to Detroit and Flint to Grand Rapids and has appeared on behalf of clients in bankruptcy matters in New York and Delaware. Maynard has represented clients that have ranged from some of the largest corporate entities both locally and nationally as well as single individuals.
